Sounds: From Imp War Lord'd Bat Familiar (ask: Who is the author? There is no Info in the wad)

Idea Base: The female cacodemon of a wad i'm working on.

Description:

It's a small pack with three monsters using the Shadow Caster's sprites of the Eye Claw. They do not behavior like in SC, however. Basically, they fly to the target and attacks it with the claws. They are very weak, but are also fast and somehow hard to shoot. But the behavior of each species differ, and depends on the value of the first argument:

Green and Red - If first argument is:

0: Will behave like normal Doom monsters;
1: Will not attack, unless they get harmed, and fly around. (Critter mode)
2: Stay ambushed and charges when a valid target passes near by.

Blue: This guy does never attack the player. His propose is to heal other monsters. It can give +2 health each 8-10 tics if the other monster is not moving.

Uh... is there a point to a monster healing another if it cant heal while its target is moving? In Doom, everything moves. It might be good for coop, i guess :/

I would want to use translation, so I've uploaded the sprites with XWE, because it converts the color automatically. I did it because i already had some problems using translation with sprites out the color palette, and I dont know how to made it other way. Was so bad? :(

I could submit a wad only with the green one, with the original colors, if you guys preffer.

Edit: It can heal moving monsters, but is more difficult to do it. I've used him with Imp War Lords in my maps and the blue guy is rly annoying XD. I mean, it can heal +2 in 8-10 tics if the monster is not moving, but it will heal in a lower rate if it cant get to the damaged monster all the time.

The monster sounds annoying :p, sorry i ddint know what you emnt earleir :(
The monter looks fineto me, except it seems to alien for doom is all. maybe add horns, or blood stains?

No probs :)

I'm a bad pc drawer, I've edited some sprites, but i cant do much more then it by myself. There is a version in Shadow Caster with horns/spikes, but it lacks attacking frames. In my mod they are only "critters", flying around, and being hunted by cacodemons eventually :XD: (In a map where the 'wild-like' demons dont chase the player, but just act like hell's wild life).

I ment' it sounds nnoying to hit and deal with, especially if a group was backing up a cyberdemon. They sound annoying to deal with, i mean.
And, why not use the attack frames as a base for hells wild , and add in the horns :), but a non violent demon sounds nice for a change, heck, maybe i could use it for hell on alries as decoys, while a cyber snipes at you :p

The sprites are palette raped and the colors simply look terrible. Something more natural would be better.
