DecalDef: Ghastly_dragon

Description:
A set of decorative old blood-stains to use with ZDoom's Decal actor, to pretty up your map. They are purely map decoration and do not affect ZDoom's own blood decals.

I included information on how to use in the Info lump.

Because that contest is specifically for Decorate and ACS effects. This wouldn't fit at all.

VERY NICE, but we must mix this effect, with the pre exsisting effect of that of the blood that "runs" down the wall, keeping these two in hand when a enemie is shot when standing next to a wall.

These decals are meant to be placed by a mapper, and wouldn't look good if used as generic blood decals for when a bleeding actor is shot.
