Description:Spawns bullet, shell and rifle slug casings (sprites from KDiZD). The first argument is the amount of casings spawned, the second is the area in which it is spawned (doubled), and the third argument dictates the kind of casing spawned (0 for bullet, 1 for shotgun shell, 2 for rifle slug). 13,42,1 would spawn 13 spent shotgun shells in an 84x84 square.
I also included instructions for adding new casing types. It's very modular and easy to edit.
