Another result of the UAC's weapon research department. The UAC took the classic 20th century mine, and rigged it with their own patented DetectoDemon(tm) technology. The result is a reliable placeable device that triggers and explodes when in close proximity to a demonic presence. Useful for setting traps.

Truth be told, this would work better as an inventory item than a weapon, especially as the hud sprites are a little... ehh...

Aww, there not that bad, surely? :p

I can certainly convert it into a deployable item like the Sentrygun easily if it's a big enough problem.

I'd cmake its official name "Claymore Mines", as I would want to hold onto hope (and a free slot) for a two-handed sword in the future. ;)

Toenail, I'm finding I want to use nearly every weapon you make in a WAD at some stage :-/

I like it, though the "front toward enemy" thing seems a bit decieving as being a sprite it rotates and....y'know.
I dunno, just messed with my head a bit.

I'd also raise the damage and/or blast radius a bit myself.

I think I saw this in one total conversion for duke, if I'm correct. this thing reminds me that I should make some ww2 weapon mod, hehe. Anyway, That mine should pack bigger punch. But oh well, maybe I'm wrong, I always think that gun is underpowered. :-P

Ok, new version uploaded.

-I upped the damage and blast radius of the mines to the same as the standard Doom rocket.
-Corrected the credits and added an 'idiot guide' for those not familiar with
Decorate to their usage.
-Changed the name from Claymore to ClaymoreMine to avoid confusion with the large sword :-P

Yeah, I know what you mean, but the 'front toward enemy' is a sort of 'trademark' of the weapon, so I can't remove it. Also I want to avoid angled sprites for the placed mine, as I believe rotations for a small stationary object look dumb.
