Okay, played it, and a few suggestions:
1): It's a nice starting area. Very ambient and all, but I can imagine players telefragging each other a lot in multiplayer. I'm also not sure about closing the first door like that, for the same reason.
2): The blood (I think) in recessed floor in the first real area is too
recessed. It's a bit jarring to fall into. Raise it up a bit. Maybe half to a quarter of how deep it is now.
3): The above room is a bit too cramped. It's okay-ish, but again, I'm concerned about multiplayer.
4): After killing the first three undead knights, I got a message that the main gate will open. It did, then it closed again and I couldn't open it. I had to noclip through.
5): Should maybe add some fog to the skybox. It looks a little too clear.
6): A quick suggestion for when you add secrets, a switch hidden behind one of those flaming braziers would work pretty well. Maybe opening a ledge you have to jump to, but that might be a little cruel.

the aesthetics, and can't wait to see what you do with it.
