I like the yellow pixels. I think it represents the electrical flow that was cut off to the cyber's body and its creating a some what spark to it. It is a Cyber demon ya know :-))

However, electricity isn't solid yellow, and wouldn't be a constant few pixels in one corner of the sprite. Even if it was intended as such, nobody looking at it would immediately jump to thinking it's electricity.
