The SBAR desperately needs to be made compatible with 16:9 resolutions. No idea if someone is able to draw the missing parts of the heads. Otherwise, maybe we just create a totally new SBAR or consider doing a completely new one via SBARINFO that corresponds more a nice HUD than a large graphical SBAR)

I am surely able to draw missing parts, but I wont take it as a priority right now as it is only visual glitch and we should resolve gamaplay bugs first.

Also, can you mark topics that needs sprites somehow? Maybe not only sprites but also sounds/scripts/maps etc? Something like "[G]" for graphics "[s]" for sounds "[D]" for DECORATE?

I think this could be done manually.

Not even started yet. How many pixels should be the width of extended part?

16 pixels in either direction, assuming full scaling - I'd make it 384 or 400 wide, and try to blend it into the border (for those that don't use status bar scaling).

I am more or less done:

Boosted something like 20 pixels each side. I will probably post it into Nash thread about widescreen Hexen statbar on ZDooM too.

Nice work, well done, really! Now someone just needs to make it work within a WAD, I have no idea how to do this with SBARINFO

So, which status bar will win? I tend to prefer this one.

We could also add both on 2 different screen sizes, something like this should be possible, or not?
