See topic. Which name do you prefer for the final boss: Abaddon or Apollyon? I still kinda prefer the former for certain reasons, but as pointed out, there's a Bestiary caco-thing that uses it already. Not a big deal IMO, but since this is a community project, it'd be kinda dickish to make the final decision myself.

So, post which one you like.

I rather avoid using both and go with something different. Abaddon is used, and Apollyon sounds like a cat toy.

I'm thinking more along the lines of something like Alastor.

For this poll, however, I will choose Abaddon solely because I don't want to fight a cat toy

Well if those are the only two options then just stick with Abaddon.

Apollyon happens to be an Arch-Vile variant from the Doom RPG games, if that influences anything one way or the other. :3

i chose apollyon because it is a name i haven't heard before, something new, also skulltag has a abbadon, so whenever that name comes up i instantly think of that cacodemon variant.

BTW, if you need help for names, i often google demons of hell, usually there is a book on demon names that is some extension of the bible.
