[BUG FIXED] Misplaced fog sector

I guess when the fog was removed from this area, this sector was missed?

It's the reverse: The outer "tube" of the crusher didn't have it's fade value assigned.

Fixed via adding the fade value to the sectors that are missing them.

I noticed something similar in the first bloody room too - I'll probably fix that.
