[BUG FIXED] Simulation monsters aren't alerted

The monsters in the simulation area aren't already aware of player presence when spawned.

Also, why a bunch of yellow keycards are spawned when you finish killing all the monsters? Isn't one keycard enough?

I was in a rush to get things done and I had trouble with Thing_Hate before so I decided not to waste time bothering with that.

In case you lose the one you carry. It was Toenail's idea, I thought it was good, so. :P
Speaking about those keycards, they're meant to fly off from the podium as well but for some reason they don't.

Added +LOOKALLAROUND to the virtual monsters, seems to fix this.
