The souls in the fort pit no longer float high enough to escape the hole, which is a shame because it looked really cool.

Simply enlarging their living time should do the job, shouldn't it?

I simply increased the z-heights of the soul generators for now. This makes the souls spawn above the blood pool at the bottom of the pit though, but I think it actually looks better than having them appear inside the blood!

Agreed, so this can be considered as fixed

Eck. I liked having them come out of the blood. It makes them look like they actually originate from somewhere, instead of just appearing into thin air.

As I agree with Xaser, I'll solve this on my turn.
