Looks pretty good, though the wad does need INFO and CREDITS.

Also I think MaxAmount 1 is a little restrictive. Default max amount would be better, I think.

Interesting note about the Shadow power: Two can be used at once to make a person fully invisible. Not sure if this has any effect on monsters (outside of Strife perhaps), but it would be neat if you made the main artifact a CustomInventory instead, and had it give PowerShadow twice. (Or at least use PowerInvisibility, and give it a high Powerup.Strength, like 90, to make the user nearly inviible.) This would better set it apart from other invisibility powerups.

Good idea i tried doing that but i got a problem
Code:
ACTOR HelmOfDarkness : CustomInventory
{
  +COUNTITEM
  +INVENTORY.INVBAR
  Inventory.Icon "ARTIHADE"
  Inventory.DefmaxAmount
  Inventory.PickupMessage "Helm of Hades"
  States
  {
  Spawn:
    HADE A -1
    Stop
  Use:
    TNT1 A 0
    TNT1 A 0 A_GiveInventory("PowerShadow",2)
    Stop
  }
}

while I put it to give two PowerShadow it still makes the player only partially invisible and doesnt seem to use the second PowerShadow

Doesn't sound like it would be too useful in Hexen, given the utter lack of hitscanners.

I think you have to give 1 at a time, with two identical commands.

It worked thanks. 8-) The link is now updated.

Cyanosis : doesn't it work also for projectile shooters? Also it would be useful in deathmatch.

EDIT : So....any comments?

Considering that there is already a invisibility sphere and an equivalent in Heretic, why using this additionally? What's the difference?

I see this largely as a multiplayer-enhanced version, plus having a longer duration (like some other items).

What about making the player completely invisible, but they spawn a trail of small indistinct sparkles?

Honestly, not crazy about the pickup sprite. How about something edited from an existing Heretic or Hexen sprite or texture?
