Very nice, yes! Only complaint is that the thunder ring couold use a wider color range, so it visually matches the "shine" of the other two. (You could use the greens for it. ;) )

I thought about using green but I'm saving it for an anti-poison ring, that if I can figure out how to make the ring protect the player from poison damage.

Edit: Which one is better, in your opinion?

Agreed with Torm. (Have a look at the 137:144 palette range though. ;) )

I did something better. I used 111:136 range for the darker colors and 137:144 range for the lighter ones. Also, edited the other rings colors a bit.

Now, there is a weird issue with the sprites using Hexen. As you can see in the following screenshot, there are black pixels in the world actor's sprite, however, on the status bar it appears okey.

Any thoughts on what causing this?

It's because of Hexen's colormap. See this.
I want YOU to read the wiki.
And this one too. Also, SLADE3.

Well, in that case, it's up to the modder if he/she wants to use the fixed colormap.

Anyway, wad is updated and uploaded with the new set of sprites.

Why not using custom colors in PNG format?
