I will be brief, what I do is basically make a mod for doom with npc's that can "talk".
I've seen about 3 mod's with this quality, but do not know how to make it work
Can you help me?

PS: forgive my English is bad, but I only speak Spanish

I never do that (I use ACS instead), but to use de Strife dialog you must take a look at that:

Don't link to KSSC. It's outdated and almost completely useless. ZDoom Strife Dialogue Format is what you'll want to use if you're using ZDoom only, and for that, you don't need Conversation IDs either.
