Media manager as in the videos are hosted on the site itself? I think it'd be better to just use a Youtube tag or something, so we aren't using webspace on huge videos.

With the Media Manager you can directly embed youtube videos. Just check the latest UTNT news item with the preview video, that's exactly done that way :)
