Yep, it's been 13 years now - 13 years of mods, wads, projects, resources, endless redesigns and mostly work. And even though it has been a pain sometimes, it has always been a lot of fun to me. Every year, I am going to take a closer look at the site history and think to myself how impressive it is, that such an old game still draws so much attention and so much fascination to all of us.

In my job as a designer for advertisement and marketing, I am always confronted with various projects, agencies and business types, most of them coming and going - there are only few who really survive more than 10 years - and here we are, 13 years and still growing! Compared to the very first concept of the page, a lot of things have happened and you can't even tell anymore if there is something left from the past (except the news entries that have been kept for exactly that purpose).

Honestly, I am very proud of what we have achieved here - not only me, but everyone who has been and still is involved until now. Thanks to the whole team, thanks to the whole community, you are, what keeps this place alive!
