A bug in the CAPTCHA code included in the system used to power the DRD Team File Space prevented people from registering an account, as the number was rendered mostly outside the image. It is now fixed. The File Space is meant to be used only for Doom-related purposes; but for them it is preferred to other free hosts as the files will not expire after a period of inactivity.
