Description
The Flasher is an experimental weapon designed by the UAC to convert plasma cells into a devastating flamethrower-type weapon. In practice, the Flasher throws 3 large fireballs that explode on impact, making it a highly effective crowd control weapon but somewhat unwieldy in tight quarters. It is perfect for midrange opponents.
