The Scepter of The Unrest draws its powers directly from the blood of its user
to shoot a chaotic magic missile that randomly seek and burns its target.
When aimed at a corpse, the spirit of The Unrest will take possession of the
body, resurrecting it on your side.
It can be charged with both hands to release a devastating wave of green flames
that will blast away and burn nearby enemies, also resurrecting any deceased
folk in the radius of the blast.
