Not sure what you are talking about, it seems to have full sprite rotations to me. Unless you mean full 8 rotations instead of mirrored. Besides that it seems fine, maybe could use an editor number and keys, but that's up to Lucifer, and perhaps some visual indication in its' attack frame that it's shooting, but that's about it.
