Please forgive me if it's the wrong place. I've just been IP blocked for, what it seems, no reason. I was trying to make a submission and was just uploading the files. I didn't even get to upload the post, I was kicked out and then my ip autobanned. Idk why this happened, since as I said, I didn't even get to post. I was trying to delete and reattach some files, because I attached a raw wad and then read I needed to upload a zip... maybe the system thought I was doing something weird. I was not. It kinda sucks, even though bot activity has been reduced significantly, various users have been victims of IP range bans, including the moderation staff. Send an email to Tormentor at info@realm667.com, or try resetting your router, it worked for me a couple of times.
