On my first release, which is coming soon, the only of the 3 spawn settings is called "Unbalanced", which means all monsters spawn equally. I might need help for the other two titled "Progressive" and "Episodic" with customizable Tiers and Danger Levels under settings menu, along with toggling "Add" or "Replace" in every spawner, plus the maximum amount of monsters alive and/or total, with the exception of Map-Breakers.
