This category displays only the monsters which are based on similar Doom monsters or fit better in Doom-style settings. This doesn't mean that you can't place them into Heretic, Hexen or Strife maps / mods as well, it is only meant as a little style guide and help.

Name: Repeater Zombie Difficulty: Medium/Hard Connection: Uses the Repeater, on the Armory Summon: RepeaterZombie Melee: No Distance: Hitscan Type: Human, Undead Brightmaps: No Actor modification: No ACS: No
A dangerous zombie with an interesting weapon. After a wind-up period, the Repater Zombie rapidly fires a slightly-explosive hitscan attack. If it fires for long enough, the weapon overheats and spins back down. Dangerous when allowed to keep firing, but very vulnerable until it does.

A heavily-armored undead trooper. He's fairly accurate and does a decent amount of damage, but his helmet can be picked up to regain an armour point. Comes with an impaled corpse, complete with still-beating heart.
Name: Roach Difficulty: Medium Connection: None Summon: Roach Melee: No Distance: Projectile Type: Demon Brightmaps: Yes Actor modification: No ACS: No
Submitted: Ghastly_dragon Code: Ghastly_dragon GLDefs: Ghastly_dragon, Sandypaper (Brightmaps) Sounds: Black Isle Studios, Blizzard Entertainment Sprites: Vader Sprite Edit: Ghastly_dragon, Mike12
A lesser monster with a few interesting gimmicks. Firstly, it ambiently heals itself very rapidly; and secondly, it runs away when low on health. These combined make a surprisingly durable monster. Aside from that, it throws a pair of very fast projectiles.
Name: Rocketman Difficulty: Easy Connections: Rocket Summon: Rocketman Melee: No Distance: Projectile Type: Human Brightmaps: No Actor Modification: No ACS: No

A fat guy with blue armor, equiped with a Rocket Launcher in his right arm and he drops a Box of Rockets when he dies. He's slow and makes footsteps sounds.
