Primary pumps your system full of that vitriol, sending you into a violent red-tinted frenzy, dulling your pain receptors and increasing both muscle mass and speed, making you run faster and hit harder.
Side effects include "zerk crashes", a state of breathlessness and exhaustion that comes down on the user after the high wears off.
