[Request] Who can make sprites created via blender less messy/less noisy?

Who can make sprites created via blender less messy/less noisy? Not model, sprite itself.

If you're using Cycles, set the sample rate higher, it'll go over the image more times, destroying the noise.
If you're using eeve, it shouldn't do that...
