Skulltag Railgun Enhanced was created by NourPrince
Note: There's a keyconf bug that i had give up with it, so i replaced it with Normal Railgun. You need Zandronum and Skulltag datas.
I was bored so i made the enhanced version of Skulltag Railgun

Changes:
Smoothed Railgun Fire and Reload... seems relaxing than Perk Railgun one
Added Flash to Railgun in firing mode
Added some little seconds to Reload, but thats obvious for 4 firing rails
Changed STRailgun to Railgun
