Pretty excellent! I did notice one typo in DECORATE:
Line 16:
PWCB A -1 Bright Light("PowerCubebHolder")
The name of the light binding is misspelled, so the placed cube doesn't emit its light.
I think my one concern is that "PowerCubeHolder" should probably be a visible object, so it's more obvious to the player to know where to deposit the cube (rather than relying on the mapper to make the deposit points intuitive through geometry alone).
