Kick Attack sprite holes was created by Margaret Thatcher

Hi, I'm on a little quest to fix up the sprites in Kick Attack!, since there are holes in some of them.

Here's the Yellow Surfer normally...

...and here's the Yellow Surfer after I fixed it.

Any qualms?
