Angled Pistol and Action Machinegun Enhanced

Oh yes... you heard it right, I have Angled Pistol and Action Machinegun Enhanced by me, DUAL WEAPONS THAT ARE ENHANCED!!!!

Anyways

Changes to Angled Pistol:
Made it semi-automatic
Rehanded so it only use one hand (I mean cmon...)
Added Reload
Changed "AngledPistol" to "9mmPistol"

P.S Makes sense that both can reload, RIGHT? anyways, if you want to reload without waiting, use alt fire.
