[UPDATE] Chaos Wyvern was created by Blue Shadow

Updated submission: Chaos Wyvern

Changes:

The WyvernBreath actor no longer inherits from PhoenixFX2. This so as to decouple it from PhoenixFX2's built-in behavior where it renders players temporarily immobile upon impact ( more details ).
General code formatting, tidying and clean-up.
Removed redundant code.
Updated INFO and CREDITS lumps.
