Not sure what you are talking about, it seems to have full sprite rotations to me. Unless you mean full 8 rotations instead of mirrored.
Besides that it seems fine, maybe could use an editor number and keys, but that's up to Lucifer, and perhaps some visual indication in its' attack frame that it's shooting, but that's about it.

I was trying to give the missing rotations, but it got complicated... A little bit of help would be nice.

Sorry, I was too tired when I posted and I didn't elaborate properly. What I meant to say is, when making an isometric monster, you should make 8 rotations for them, for example the Fusion Cyber Imp has a plasma cannon in one arm and a rocket launcher in the other, and that can be seen from all 8 angles.

This is really god damn cool, I think it'd fit in perfectly with the rest of the monsters in the Beastiary, 9/10, great sprite work

The railgun at close range is an unusual choice. Maybe the projectiles could be lined up so they look like they are coming out of the arm cannon? Otherwise seems like a decent monster to me.
