Return To Castle Wolfenstein Textures (r230115)

Just wondering if there was any progress as of yet.

I'll work on this when I can since ai M pretty busy with BoA, but consider this open.

The textures are really nice!
They work well with open maps I think.

Went through a massive polishment of the pack, now it is 22,5mb and 1039 textures
There were a couple of models skins, fixed also 10+ weirdly sized textures and 20+ more in terms of transparency and/or too dark colors.
Also moved quite all potential midtexts on bottom's list, renumbering them.
