[Update] Energy Ballista (Also Known As Cryo Bow And Plasma Ballista) was created by Salahmander
Hiya, decided to see fit to combine both the Ballista weapons into one instead of having them seperate, there was a lot of the same stuff between the two so decided to get rid of the duplicates and simply reduce space. I also added GLDEFs to them, gave the cryo bolt a death sound that was in the original but unused and last but not at least, have put it as a PK3.
