[UPDATE] Wind (Wind Sounds Pack) was created by ozymandias81
Went through this nice pack of wind sounds to reduce their filesize, without (I think) noticeable quality decrease. As per final result, now filesize is about 3.2mb-ish. Also included INFO, CREDITS and a DESCRIPTION text file, where CREDITS have now BouncyTEM lines under Idea Base, which makes more sense file wise for the website.
