[Update] Summon Sphere

[Update] Summon Sphere was created by Salahmander
Converted to ZScript and PK3, now functions a lot more like the Dark Servant Artifact in that if a Baron can't spawn, you can pick up the Summon Sphere again. I also gave the Friendly Baron a fade in script similar to how the Dark Servant would.
