- The "holder" actor could do with being rendered full bright (for its Spawn state, I mean).
- Please use constant names instead of mere values; A_PlaySound's second parameter is the sound channel , so use CHAN_AUTO or CHAN_BODY, for instance, instead of 0 or 4 (respectively).
