I still stick by my opinion, but the monster seems to have garnered a little interest, and that's good enough for me to approve it, which I did.

So, is this ready to be added?

I just uploaded the correct file with the sprites optimized. Don't know how I uploaded the wrong one but whatever. It is now ready to be added.
